FAQs

Do your deodorants inhibit sweating ?

Our deodorants are not antiperspirants—they allow you to sweat naturally while keeping body odor at bay. Sweating is a natural and essential process because it helps the body eliminate toxins. Our deodorants contain tapioca starch and diatomaceous earth to absorb excess moisture, ensuring you stay comfortable (all our deodorants are unisex).

I have a strong odo r; will these work for me?

Give it a try and let us know! We have many customers who struggled with body odor—some used clinical-strength deodorants or had to switch brands every month because they stopped working, and even women who resorted to using men's deodorants. But once they tried our deodorants, they never looked back.

Our deodorants are carefully formulated with a blend of powerful ingredients that work together to provide impressive results.

If I have atopic / allergic / super sensitive skin , can I use your deodorants?

Yes, all of our deodorants are very gentle on the skin, free of aluminum, alcohol, and baking soda. For atopic skin, we also have the COLPIPE version, which is formulated without essential oils.

Do your deodorants stain the armpits ?

No, on the contrary, they help even out the skin tone of the armpits and return them to their natural color. They don't contain any bleaching agents; instead, they nourish and hydrate the stained skin. Over time, the skin naturally renews itself and returns to its original color. You may notice a change within the first month of use.

Can children use it?

Yes, it’s a great option for a first deodorant because it is completely natural, free of toxins, and works effectively. For children, we recommend COLPIPE, as it does not contain essential oils and is suitable for more delicate skin, like that of children.

What can I do if my deodorant has hardened ?

Our deodorants are made with oils and butters, so their texture can change depending on the ambient temperature. In warm weather, they are softer and smoother, but in cold weather, they can harden. If you find it difficult to apply due to the cold, you can place your deodorant in your pants pocket, and it will soften with the warmth of your body while you do your makeup. Alternatively, you can keep it among your clothes or scrape a small amount to apply directly to your armpit. Close your arm for about 5 seconds to warm it up, then spread it well; it will soften quickly.

How to apply it?

Apply the deodorant once a day after showering on clean, dry skin. It’s important to use the right amount, which is equivalent to a small black bean for each armpit. Use your finger to take the cream and spread it well over the entire surface of the armpit, not just in the center. If there is any cream left on your fingers, you can use it to moisturize your elbows or apply it to your wrists as a dry perfume.

How long can they last?

Our deodorant cream can last 4-6 months. They are very long-lasting because they are highly concentrated and do not contain water.

If it didn’t work for you , here’s what you can do:
  1. Ensure Proper Application: Make sure you’re applying the deodorant on completely dry and clean skin (washed with soap, not just with a wet wipes.
  2. Use the Right Amount: Apply the correct amount, which is roughly the size of a small black bean. If you feel you need more protection, you can increase the amount.
  3. Give It Time: While our deodorants work for 95% of people all day from the first use, you might be among the 5% who need an adaptation period. Try applying it twice a day while your body adjusts.

If you still experience issues, please reach out to our customer service for further assistance.

Why does it costs more than other deodorants ?

Firstly, our deodorants are made with luxurious, cold-pressed, and completely pure oils and butters, without any water like commercial deodorants. Secondly, our packaging is eco-friendly, which is more costly than plastic packaging. Thirdly, our deodorants last a long time, so if you divide the cost by the number of days they last, they become quite affordable.
