30-Day Policy for Refunds or Replacements
You have 30 days after receiving your item to report an issue and request a refund or replacement. We do not accept returns.
How to Report an Issue:
Please contact us at contact@cocosalvaje.com and provide the following details:
- Your Name
- Contact Information (email and phone number)
- Where You Purchased the Product
- Product Name
- Batch Number (found on the back side of the packaging)
- Photos of the product and the issue (if necessary)
Refunds and Replacements
Once we receive your request and review the information provided, we will determine whether a refund or replacement is appropriate. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Replacements will be shipped to you promptly.
Damages and Issues
